Personalised support, born from personal experience.
The mental wellbeing space has a blind spot: it treats everyone the same. Our founder felt that firsthand, running into tools that were too rigid, too generic, or just didn't get it.
mynd was created to change that. We've built a space where support adapts as you do. Where your changing moods meet changing tools. Where wellbeing practices feel doable, because they actually are.
No more squeezing yourself into someone else's template. This is mental health support that finally fits, because it was made with you in mind.
mynd is...
Always honest
We don’t sugarcoat mental health. It’s complex, messy and different for everyone. Our approach is clear, compassionate and rooted in what works.
Always here for you
Whether it’s 7am or 2am, our tools are here when you need them. No judgement, no pressure, just space to reset.
Always empowering
This isn’t about ‘fixing’ you. It’s about backing you. We give you the tools to understand yourself, take small steps and move forward on your terms.
Always real
We’ve lived the highs, the lows and the ‘what even is this feeling?’ moments. Everything we create is shaped by what helps, not just what sounds good.
Our team
We’re a team of makers, thinkers and feelers who built the support we couldn’t find. Between us, we've worked across mental health, design and digital strategy. More importantly, we’ve lived the stuff that makes this real.
We created mynd to be what we always wanted: support that understands what you're going through and adapts to where you are, and where you're heading.

Bonnie discovered yoga during one of the most challenging times in her life. What began as a personal refuge quickly became a gateway to mindfulness, self-compassion, and resilience. Through breath, movement, and stillness, she learned to show up authentically, treat herself with kindness, and navigate life’s ups and downs with greater ease and grace.
While juggling two jobs, these practices have become essential - helping her stay grounded, balanced, and present. Today, it’s an honour for Bonnie to share these tools with others. Her teaching is rooted in lived experience and guided by a genuine desire to help others find their own sense of peace, strength, and self-discovery.
